This last weekend Steve showed me some good stretches to use before working out. I've never really been much of a stretcher, but I would really like to gain some flexibility and I don't want to injure myself. Yesterday I only did cardio at lunch with strecthes before and after. Not sure if its all just in my head but I felt a difference in my muscles.
