This blog is for and about the Webster family. Each of us want to make choices every day that will result in optimal health and fitness. We represent different generations and different places in life - from empty-nesters to young families to students. Our health goals are as varied as we are, but we want to have a common place to post our progress and our challenges. We will be accountable to each other - to provide support, design incentives, share information we come across, and in general cheer each other on and celebrate our steps toward fitness! Kathy - New Scale

Tip:  If you don't like what your scale says, order a new one!  Actually the scale we have had for at least ten years has decided to get creative.  FL will be 18% body fat at first and the next hour (no eating in between) be 24%.  We now have a new scale.  This isn't just any scale. This scale will weigh you, figure your body fat %, your body hydration %, your body bone %, suggest calorie intake requirements and make you breakfast!  Just kidding about the breakfast....Will keep you posted on the wonder!

Have done my kettlebell workout - decided jeans aren't the best for the purpose and will dress differently next time.  Now we are on our way to tromp.

  2. It is a Hemingweigh scale - looks like it could take off and hover in our bathroom!
