This blog is for and about the Webster family. Each of us want to make choices every day that will result in optimal health and fitness. We represent different generations and different places in life - from empty-nesters to young families to students. Our health goals are as varied as we are, but we want to have a common place to post our progress and our challenges. We will be accountable to each other - to provide support, design incentives, share information we come across, and in general cheer each other on and celebrate our steps toward fitness! If anyone happens upon this blog and is inspired to be more fit and healthy that is icing on the cake. So here we go!

Kathy - No Ringing (or is that Swinging?) Tonight

Hi Guys,  A little tired tonight so did not do the kettlebell workout.  We did take the beast tromping and I hopped on the treadmill for a bit.

Yesterday I made some yummy no-fat chocolate-chip cookies. (At least the only fat in them was in the chocolate chips - there was like 0.7 grams of fat per serving).  FL thought they were good.  Took some to work and they liked I guess they will do!  Got the recipe from the Happy Herbivore recipe collection.  They are called Butter Bean Chocolate Chip Cookies - interesting concept to replace the fat with applesauce and beans.  Next up:  Black Bean Brownies...

Thursday is the last weigh-in so tighten your belts and step up the pace!
