This blog is for and about the Webster family. Each of us want to make choices every day that will result in optimal health and fitness. We represent different generations and different places in life - from empty-nesters to young families to students. Our health goals are as varied as we are, but we want to have a common place to post our progress and our challenges. We will be accountable to each other - to provide support, design incentives, share information we come across, and in general cheer each other on and celebrate our steps toward fitness! If anyone happens upon this blog and is inspired to be more fit and healthy that is icing on the cake. So here we go!

Kathy - Victory!

Hooray!  I successfully completed 21 days of swinging a kettlebell!  No, it was not difficult.  Yes, I can see results.  Example:  Easier to lift a pan full of gravy and pour it into a bowl.  FL is convinced I need to use my new-found strength to help split wood - not sure how I feel about that!.  I would, in the long run, like to be uncommonly strong.  My ongoing kettlebell plan is to do the 40 minute workout on the Lauren Brooks DVD twice a week and the 12 minute workout 4 days a week.

Speaking of challenges, family, our 30-day challenge ends February 10.  Get ready for the sprint to the finish line!  Also get ready for the next fun and motivating challenge. FL and I have some ideas....

PS:  We also welcome ideas for the next challenge, so feel free to share.  What would help you?
